How do I register and how much does it cost?

Registration is available now through Eventbrite. Each Member Hub will be provided with two (2) free tickets, with the option to purchase up to two (2) additional tickets for a fee of $75 each. All attendees may register for one or both days. The price of registration for the additional tickets is the same for one day or two. Deadline for Registration is March 1, 2018

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

If for some reason you need to cancel or transfer your registration, please contact us at info@dp.la . Refunds less a $10.00 cancellation fee will be given to all those who submit a cancellation in writing by March 1, 2018. After this date, no refunds will be provided.

Can I purchase tickets when I get to the Member Meeting?

No, there will not be any on-site registration. Please ensure you have registered before traveling to the Member Meeting as there will not be tickets available for those who have not registered in advance.

Can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive?

Absolutely! Visit the Program page to see what workshops, discussions, and other sessions will be available. Note that workshops have a limited number of seats available.

I require special assistance or have dietary restrictions, whom do I contact?

The Digital Public Library of America is committed to offering an accessible environment for all. We strive to be accessible to all Member Meeting attendees by accommodating the needs of registered participants at the meeting. There is a section on the online registration forms where you can list any special accommodations, please note we may follow up to ensure we are able to meet your needs. You may also email us at info@dp.la indicating any dietary restrictions or need for special assistance if you did not note them on the form.

What is the coffee and lunch situation?

DPLA will provide a boxed lunch for all attendees on Tuesday, March 13, and beverages throughout both meeting days. Lunch will not be provided on Wednesday, but there are plenty of options nearby!

Registration mentioned something about a reception, what are the details?

Following the meeting on Tuesday, at 6:00 p.m., DPLA will host a reception at the Center for Civil and Human Rights (located at 100 Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30313). Admission to the museum is included with the reception.  Refreshments at the reception include a bar with two tickets provided to each attendee (after that, cash only!) and light fare.

I’m going straight to the airport from the Members Meeting on Wednesday, can I bring my luggage?

Of course! There will be space to store luggage at the Library on Wednesday, March 14.
