High-level scope and plan
Phase 1
We are planning to import MARC21 records from a file location and puts them into the data store via an API. We've chosen the MARC21 format because of its widespread use by libraries. We are using an API because we want users to be able to integrate with the DPLA data store directly. We also plan to input collection-level metadata
