About The Matrix
This matrix was developed during the Financial/Business Model workshop on March 13, 2012 in Ann Arbor, MI. It is intended to help guide all of the DPLA workstreams as they produce deliverables.
Each column has significant implications for each row.
We need to winnow down to our requirements, whether that means crossing out some options altogether, prioritizing what is addressed first, or adding more detail. For example, we may want to start by narrowing the audience to only U.S. residents.
We need input from other workstreams in narrowing this matrix, and we hope that all workstreams take this matrix into account when crafting agendas for future meetings.
