- Pathetic dummy library item data
- 100K records, divided into 3 source collections
- Dummy fields, except for:
- Lib Congress Subject Headings
- Format
- Language
- Pub year
- Data type (item or collection)
- 50,000 Biodiversity Heritage Library records
- 28,000 records from Bancroft Library at Berkeley
Why dummy records? Because we want to avoid any and all discussion of the provenance of the information.
Functionality
- RestfulAPI
- Query against all data fields
- Returns JSON
- Item data model
- Simplified, Dublin-Core-ish
- Collections metadata provisionally absorbed into item data structure
- Marked as collections
