Black United Students (BUS) holds a march to commemorate and educate people about the 30th anniversary of the 1968 Black Student Walkout. On November 18, 1968, Black students walked off campus to demand amnesty for students who participated in protests against the Oakland Police Department recruiting students on the Kent State University campus.
